Dave Kerwar
Chief Executive Officer
Before co-founding Inbound Health, Dave was the Chief Product Officer at Mount Sinai in New York where he ran a technology-enabled business to power the system’s consumer, employer, and population health strategies. Prior to that, Dave led the Joint Ventures Team at Aetna, helping to build new health plans, deeply integrated to large health systems nationally.
Seth Glickman, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer
Seth’s 20+ years as a physician have shaped a patient-centered approach to innovation, and to creating a health care system that is accessible, equitable, and affordable. Prior to joining Inbound Health, Seth held CMO roles at Blue Shield of California and Intermountain Healthcare, where he led large-scale strategic and transformation efforts to improve outcomes and reduce costs. He is also an experienced clinician, researcher, and entrepreneur.
Mike Howell
Chief Technology Officer
Before becoming CTO at Inbound Health, Michael led the successful development of several platforms by assembling great teams of product focused professionals at companies including Integrated Health Association, Performant Healthcare Solutions, Vizient (formerly Broadlane Inc.) and Oracle.
Sharon Herrick, JD
General Counsel
Sharon is an experienced health care attorney who partners with innovative entities focused on transforming patient care. Prior to joining Inbound Health, Sharon served as General Counsel at Inivata, a cancer diagnostics company and subsidiary of NeoGenomics Laboratories. Before that, Sharon served as Deputy General Counsel at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she led major strategic transactions and counseled leaders across the clinical enterprise.
Greg Chartier, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Inbound Health, Greg was the CFO at Takeoff Technologies where he built the finance and administrative functions of the company from the ground up. Before that, Greg was the Director of Finance for F-Prime Capital as well as the accounting leader at Iora Health, a value-based primary care startup.
Dave Zimmerman
SVP, Growth
Prior to joining Inbound Health, Dave was the Vice President of Customers and Growth at Mount Sinai where he led a direct-to-employer business unit supporting many of New York's largest employers. Before that, Dave held roles in business development and analytics with national health plans, focused on developing innovative care models that improve outcomes for providers, employers, and consumers.

Julia Crist
Founding Member and Advisor
Before co-founding Inbound Health, Julia was the Vice President of Home and Community Services at Allina Health in Minneapolis where she led home care, hospice, palliative care , senior health, and DME. Prior to that, she held leadership roles across for-profit and not-for-profit businesses, domestically and internationally, with a focus on population health.
